Return Policy | - All Purchases (except accessories) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. - Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued. - The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. |
Purchase Not Eligible for Return | - Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return. - Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. - Clothes can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item. - You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect . Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. |
How to Make Your Return |
Please contact our Customer Service via email(lxvision1996@gmail.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. Once back in our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded ASAP! Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and return label fees. If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue. |
Kind reminder before returnning | - Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. - Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Please be sure to submit a return request online or contact us before returning. - Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning matches your return request. Do not include additional item(s) not listed. |
Fast Refund | - Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with product tag back to our return center. Once the returned parcel is reached the return center, We will issue a refund to your original payment method (or other refund methods you agree to) within one week. Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable. |
Exchange policy | - Exchange is not available at this time. All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. |
Order Cancellation | -We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. -If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. -We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. |
